Bruno Cavellec is holding a solo show Soul Variations at the Sayle Gallery 3rd- 31st October. The exhibition will consist of oil paintings, etchings and illustrations created over the last four years. This show follows on from his successful March exhibition at the Sayle Gallery, though there will be a notable change of tone: Bruno describes this period of transition as a “welcome change”. This lighter atmosphere will be evident in his latest seascapes and semi-abstracts. Bruno has used this opportunity to reflect upon on the breadth and variety of his work, from album covers to large evocative canvasses.

Bruno was born in Brittany and now lives and works on the Isle of Man, where he has found an endless source of inspiration. His works are not always of a particular place and aim more to capture atmospheres through movement, colours and light, in a journey which the audience is invited to explore and experience, on both visual and emotional levels
